Digital Campus, Sheffield

SY JESSICA provided a mezzanine loan alongside a senior loan provided by the South Yorkshire Pension Fund to facilitate the development of the fourth building at the Sheffield Digital Campus.

The development is being carried out by Scarborough Group and provides 60,000 sq ft of Grade A office space to Sheffield City Centre.  The scheme comprises an eight storey (Lower Ground, Ground and 6 upper floors), steel framed structure with double glazed curtain walling to the elevations, concrete floors and an insulated flat roof. 

The Sheffield Digital Campus, a scheme aimed at providing office space for digital & IT sectors, developed progressively since 2008 over 3 previous phases to include Electric Works (phase 1), Venatana House (phase 2) and Acero Works (phase 3).

The development is immediately to the north of the Sheffield train station and immediately to the east of Sheffield Interchange, providing exceptional transportation links.
